I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The hotel provided me with a free airport transfer, which was a great convenience. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was freshly delivered to my room every morning. The location was great, as there were plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the hotel's free airport transfer service, which made my arrival and departure more comfortable. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a mall and an old town nearby, providing easy access to shopping options and cultural experiences. The staff was incredible, accommodating my needs during the stay and assisting in finding local dining options.
I found the pillows to be too high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. while some staff members spoke English, most of them did not, making communication a bit challenging at times.
